- U-shaped area by surrounding car route. Shop building lies in between as a smaller U-shape. Curved backside parallel
to road curve and carwash waiting queue.
- The U-shaped building has a fan-shaped shop extension. It has zebra brickwork, as a difference to the white main building
bricks. The canopy is a trapezium, and equipped with a trapezium-shaped skylight and transparant connection roof to the
building.
- Canopy is orientated to main entrance of terrain, direct from the motorway exit. Placement on terrain is slightly
diagonal, offering a logical routing along also diagonally placed pump islands. Routing from both entries to a single exit.
- There’s a long carwash tunnel along the main streetside of the building. The design follows Bauhaus principles, with
its cantilevered roof, above the lower shop roofing, its white walls, and circular windows.
